BSI News - Spring 2004
20th Annual Lehigh Valley EWC Trade Fair & Western Jamboree
BSI participated in the 20th Annual Lehigh Valley Executive Women's Council
Trade Fair, which was held on Thursday, March 25, 2004 at the Holiday Inn
Conference Center, Fogelsville. This event offered members of the Lehigh Valley
Chamber of Commerce the opportunity to showcase their products and services
to other Chamber members. At the fair, we met with representatives
from many other local organizations and had the opportunity to acquaint them
with our Hardware/Networking Services and
Custom Software and Database Design Services.
We had a great day meeting with people from various companies. We were glad
to take part in such a well planned event!

Effective Business Computing Increases Efficiency and Profitability
Many small and medium-sized companies are not receiving the maximum benefit from
their computer equipment. Without the resources of a dedicated Information
Technology service provider, they may be unaware of the steps they should take
to make the equipment they currently have function more effectively or what
products are available to enhance their existing computer systems. BSI will be
holding an "Effective Business Computing" seminar on June 8, 2004 9:00am - 12:00pm
at the Banana Factory, located on Third Street in Bethlehem. The cost for this
seminar is $25 per person and includes a complimentary continental breakfast.
This seminar is for all businesses, professionals and entrepreneurs who are
interested in learning about best computing practices and understanding how to
increase efficiency and profitability through the use of computing equipment.
Topics will include: system backup procedures, weather impacts on computer
systems, uninterruptible power supplies, networking computers and peripherals,
wireless networking, file sharing, security issues, operating system upgrades
and thin client benefits and uses. The seminar will be followed by a question
and answer session to target specific computing issues that have been
encountered by local businesses.
Contact us for additional information or to
reserve your seat at this informative seminar. All reservations must be
received by June 1, 2004.
