PCLB (Process Control Language)
The key to customized washes is a user-friendly language called “PCLB”. It is a
simple, English-like way to define a given wash process. It has a limited number
of simple commands, and there are no “large” manuals to read. Your wash operation
devices, such as bays, sprayers, pumps etc. are named by you (the user).
Changes to the wash procedures (or new wash procedures) can be implemented by the
wash operators. It is almost as simple as explaining the process to a new
operator…but with guaranteed retention. For example:
- OPEN RINSE.SUPPLY.VALVE
- OPEN DRAIN.DIVERT.VALVE
- DELAY 3
- START SUPPLY.PUMP
- DELAY 10
- START RETURN.PUMP
